Coach:  Erika Flynn - Louisville Slugger Eastern All American and was a four year starting middle infielder at D1 Manhattan College.  

Erika studied education at Manhattan and is currently a middle school teacher in Westchester County, NY.

We have been running baseball and softball programs for 32 years!  Spartans Sports is the longest running full time baseball / softball school in Bergen and Rockland Counties.  We have trained and developed 7 MLB Draft Choices.  Countless College and High School All Star Baseball & Softball Players

This is for beginner pitchers.  Learn the proper form to become a great windmill pitcher.  It all starts with the basics and this clinic gives girls a great foundation!  Age specific skills will be taught to the girls.
Pitching Instruction
Hitting a ball is THE HARDEST thing to do in all of sports.  Trying to hit a round ball with a round bat, squarely!  Softball is a game of failure and frustration and the best players stil make outs in 7 of 10 at bats!  Give your child a chance to be successful, learn the proper skill early on to boost confidence and love of the game!
